Was referred to Brett at Milner by a couple of my buddies who recently got married as I was looking for an engagement ring. I walked in and immediately Brett recalled my friends by name and the style of ring they picked. Brett was friendly, communicative, resourceful and patient throughout the whole ring buying process. I really appreciate how Brett was not pushy at all (compared to other jewelers I visited) when making such a big purchase and decision. He cares - he even called me to congratulate me after I proposed. Brett was happy to adjust the ring size to the perfect fit and got it done in a super timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone. He’s great at what he does and really knows his stuff. We were so happy with his service.

As we are closing in on our wedding day, I am reminded of the incredible experience at the House of Milner. I want to say thank you to Brett especially for all the patience and kindness through out the long process. Their dedication in finding the perfect ring for all of our specifications and adjustments was remarkable. I was referred to Brett at Milner by a close and trusted friend when I was looking for an engagement ring last year. Brett immediately welcomed me in and wanted to get to know me and my future fiancé. Going into this adventure I thought I knew exactly what I wanted the engagement ring to look like. But after listening to Brett’s thoughtful advice and transparency, he quickly shifted my eye onto the design I eventually went with. He was friendly, communicative, resourceful and patient throughout the whole ring buying process. I truly appreciated how patient Brett was with me when making such a big purchase and decision. He even reached out after my proposal to congratulate me and still keeps in contact to this day. We’ll be coming back for our wedding bands no question! I would recommend him to anyone. Oh, and the engagement ring turned out perfectly, my fiancé continuously gets compliments on it!

I just purchased my fiance's engagement ring from Milner and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the ring and the overall service. Brett was very accommodating and patient with me during the process, taking time to teach me about different stones and guiding me along the way. We will definitely be using Milner for all of our jeweler needs in the future.
